Before the wedding, how do I prepare?
Months before, try to have a skin care routine that enhances the texture and natural look of your skin.
Look for inspirational images that will ground your ideas to find the look you want on your wedding day.
Doing a hair and makeup trial will help you and your artist get to know each other and know exactly what to do on your wedding day. At the trial we can do different styles so you can see which one you feel most comfortable and beautiful with.
If your hair is very curly or frizzy our best advice is to wear updos that allow us to have more control and ensure that the style lasts longer in place, remember that we live in an extremely humid and hot place so your hair will behave totally different than it does in your city.
But what can we do to help control unruly hair?
If your idea is to wear your hair loose or to style it straight and relaxed, we can do intense moisturizing pre-treatments that will increase the density of your hair and reduce frizz. Even smoothing treatments such as keratin.
But remember that only a real pre-styling test will help you see how your hair behaves in this area.
Should I color my hair?

The day before the wedding
Avoid drinking alcoholic beverages, your skin will be too dry and the products may look crackled or lack glow.
We know you will be very excited and anxious, but try to get adequate rest and sleep the night before your wedding, this is CRUCIAL to the outcome of your makeup as tired eyes tend to puff up and the look of your eyes will not be what you had hoped for.
Be sure to communicate the style and your expectations for your hair and makeup, try to bring a series of inspirational images or photos from your trial to help your artist understand what you are looking for; colors, shapes, hair and makeup photos, dress, etc.
Forward the final time line to all your guests, so they know exactly what time their appointment is and ask them to be on time.
