Asked Questions
Once you have defined the day and the amount of services, we can make a contract with the necessary requirements, and we will ask for a deposit of 25% of the total amount of the contracted services, via Pay Pal, (in the deposit we will cover the application fee).
We always suggest that you make a previous survey with your guests to know who are interested, although we know that this can be complicated, for this reason we have flexibility to continue adding more services on the same reservation.
On the day of the event the outstanding balance is settled in cash, it can be transferred via Pay Pal but we charge 6% extra for app fees.
If your event had to be postponed contact us to see if we are available and can reschedule the event.
We know that various reasons may arise before the event, so we can make a refund of 80% of the deposit of the services scheduled up to one month before the date, the refund will be made in pesos corresponding to the deposit received.
29 days before the event the deposit is NOT REFUNDABLE.
During the Wedding:
All contracted services must be paid before the start of the event and it is not possible to cancel during the event.
We are located in Playa del Carmen, Riviera Maya, depending on the location we charge a transportation fee.
We are willing to travel to various destinations, if your wedding will be in another state, you will have to cover airport transfers, flights and necessary stays.
The more time we have to coordinate the team, the better the quality of the artists. The demand for weddings is high especially in the months of April, May, October, November and weekends so it is best to book as far in advance as possible.
Please feel free to talk to your hair and makeup artists, we are always happy to make any necessary changes until you are completely satisfied. Remember if you are the bride, a hair and makeup try-on will help us define exactly what you are looking for.
Hair and Makeup
We have a team capable of handling multiple people and schedules are usually in the range of 4-5 hours for hair and makeup, in intervals of 45-50 minutes per service.
We'll be working with several artists and many people in the same room, hotel rooms don't have the electrical capacity to support more than one dryer working at the same time. Each artist brings a professional hair dryer for styling specific details, but not for drying wet hair.
We calculate the time it takes to style and assemble a hairstyle on dry hair, if we do a blow dry first it will take to much time, so it's considered an extra service (+20 usd).
We are 5 artists working in the team.
Our henna is 100% organic, we mix our own natural recipe of henna and essential oils.
